Vision
An inclusive society where persons with hearing and speech disabilities have equal rights and dignity as like other citizens. Deaf people live independently, self-reliantly, and dignified in such a barrier-free, non-discriminatory environment, including their own language and culture.
Mission
To develop Bangla Sign Language, organize persons with hearing and speech disabilities, provide them education, vocational training, education materials, stipend for poor, accommodation, skill development for employment, financial support, interest-free loans, income generating activities, legal aid for victims with hearing and speech disabilities, assistive device and support services and all this so that they can enhance their skills and capacities for advocacy, awareness, provide technical assistance regarding rights and development.
